For those of you not able to make it out to our AGM, June 18th, here is an update:
 
President Shelley Moloney reported that construction of the Bonnerworth Courts is well underway. The PPA has contributed  toward the project. Through our negotiations, we were able to secure fencing around the courts and wider pathways to accommodate future seating and shade structures. There will be future fundraising to ensure these enhancements will be constructed. 

Treasurer Tom Taylor reported that the PPA successfully met all funding commitments to the City for the Bonnerworth Courts. We also generated revenue through smaller tournaments and programs throughout the year. 

The membership voted in favor of incorporating the PPA as a not-for-profit organization and adopting a new ONCA-compliant structure, in accordance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010—the primary legislation governing most non-profit organizations and charities in Ontario.
 
Lastly, Nancy Sharpe and Sean Peters were voted in to replace departing board members, Joan Pollard and Judy Byrne. Your new slate is:
